* Use this template for Main (article) namespace redirects that should not be used in a print encyclopedia. While no print version of Wikipedia has been made, there have been CD versions made that have used this tag to exclude such redirects.
* Redirects that should have this template include misspellings (such as Gdank for Gdansk) and confusing redirects created after page merges and moves. Redirects that represent genuine alternate names (such as Danzig) should not use this template.
* Redirects such as [[Danzig]] that should be used in a print encyclopedia may be tagged {{tl|R printworthy}}.
* The following redirect here and may also be used:

Some Rcats place a redirect in either [[:Category:Printworthy redirects]] or [[:Category:Unprintworthy redirects]] by default.
