Usage
This is for list articles like HTML element. Use the {{XMLElement}} or {{HTMLElement}} variant as appropriate. They have the same syntax.
{{XMLElement | tagname | name | content [|atr][|end][|deprecated] }}
tagname := (tagname (with or without namespace))
name := actual name
content := content data
atr := XMLAttribute
end := "optional" | "no"
deprecated := (optional: version when deprecated)
