Usage

parent – the parent category (without the prefix "Category:").

specific – replaces the name of the parent category in the second sentence. (optional)

produces:

This is a distinguished subcategory of Category:American film actors. It includes actors that can also be found in the parent category, or in diffusing subcategories of the parent.
