Usage

• Use this template for Main (article) namespace redirects that should be used in a print encyclopedia. While no print version of Wikipedia has been made, there have been CD versions made that have used this tag to include such redirects.
• Redirects that should have this template include those redirects that represent genuine alternate names (such as Danzig). Redirects that are misspellings (such as Gdank for Gdansk) and confusing redirects created after page merges and moves should not use this template.
• Redirects that are misspellings and confusing redirects created after page merges and moves that should not be used in a print encyclopedia may be tagged {{R unprintworthy}}.
• The following redirect here and may also be used:

Note

• At some point in the future, Jimmy Wales wants to make a printed version of the full Wikipedia encyclopedia. Some Rcats place a redirect in either Category:Printworthy redirects or Category:Unprintworthy redirects by default. Other Rcats do not, which means that it is up to editors to choose to the best of their knowledge which of those categories, Printworthy or Unprintworthy, is appropriate and should be populated.
